All My Concerns were Addressed

"Prompt in Settling a Client’s Claim"

Wow! Thanks so much for the prompt settlement of my son’s loss claim. He is in the Peace Corps in Ecuador and lives on very little. He couldn’t replace his camera and daypack without the insurance settlement. Can you imagine two years in the Peace Corps without a camera?

"Glad that I Use Clements"

I submitted my first claim to Clements after over 20 years overseas with the Foreign Service. After my wife's car accident, the Clements team headed by Ms. Maurice swung into quick action, sent me the required documentation, and showed great understanding and flexibility regarding the difficulty of getting standard affidavits from Libyans, private and official. The claim was settled almost immediately without question. And when we needed to submit a follow-on receipt there was no question at all. All in all, makes me glad that I use Clements and will continue to do so. The team was extremely attentive.
